Create line along eyelash line.
Advanced application:
Apply along upper eyeline and at eye's outer corner, flip line up. On lower eyelash line, apply to outer 1/3 section of eye and blur.
Caution:
Once gel tip has been exposed, it cannot be reversed back into pencil. The gel core is soft, therefore, easy to break or bend. Do not expose more than !mm at a time when using.
